This candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts between the B&V Financial teams and IT project teams focused on upgrading Oracle Financials.
Summary of capabilities:
Must have previous experience with Oracle Financials, supported the implementation or upgrade of Oracle Financials.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders on both the business and IT sides of the project Ability to create business models that achieve goals and objectives of projects Create schedules and targets to meet business and technical objectives Ability to identify pitfalls and workarounds to resolve conflicts of issues Develop and deliver reporting on project process to help ensure the project is staying on time and on budget Strong project management skills Ability to work with business stakeholders to develop and document business requirements Ability to develop test case definitions, support IT testing teams in writing test cases Ability to review test case results and identify issues and flaws Manage test case execution and help ensure test data integrity Skills:

Responsibilities:
-Manages medium to large projects Support management of risk which may include tracking project progress and project costs -Understand B&V functional organizations and interfaces.
-Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly project reviews to management -Maintains Project Cost Report and Cash Flow w/ Super.
-Assists with input to monthly/quarterly Reports.
-Facilitates quantity management reporting.
-Supports project managers with Change Management Program -Responsible for the development and adherence to project procurement and subcontracting plans.
Scheduling:
-Assists in preparation of summary schedule.
-Assists in schedule maintenance and resource loading.
-Assists in critical path and float analysis.
Preferred
Experience:
-Prefer four-year bachelor's degree in IT, Business or other technical degree -10
years of relevant experience Education:
Bachelor of science degree.
