WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The successful candidate will have extensive experience analyzing business data using Amazon Quicksight and reporting on your analysis.
You will be able to analyze and interrogate the data with a laser eye for detail.
You will have the curiosity to make appropriate challenges to the data.
You will consolidate data from multiple sources, ensure accuracy, spot trends, and gain insights into our business.
The desired candidate will be analytical and able to review large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
You will be an effective communicator, able to tailor your communication to different audiences, from small distributors to company leadership.
You must follow your insights to completion and ensure your findings are appropriately addressed.
Our business is fast-paced and growing, so you must be comfortable with ambiguity.
Review data for inaccuracies and incomplete information.
Address inaccuracies with the appropriate team(s).
Assist in completing incomplete information.
Perform analysis on large data sets using Amazon Quicksight Use SQL to build your own calculated values.
Gain insights into our business from the data Present your findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
Tailor your presentation to your audience, from distributors of varying sizes to company leadership.
Understand your analysis and the data to have confidence in your findings Create standardized reports based on your findings Accept report requests from different areas of the business Execute those requests and create standardized reports Spend any available free time looking for new insights into the business.
REQUIREMENTS:

years of professional experience in Data Analytics Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field Expert in writing myriad SQL formulas Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets with a tool such as Amazon Quicksight, gaining insights from your analysis, and presenting your findings to a larger group Experience working with executives and other business leaders to identify data opportunities for improvement & transformation Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment Skill to translate data into the appropriate data visualization tools to easily convey important information Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform highly detailed work Proficient use of Amazon Quicksight and advanced use of Excel PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE UTILIZING:
