13 hours shifts, 2x2x3 schedule Days to train then nights Shipping/Receiving Supervisor Position Description:
Manage the people's work assignments, work force, safety of the people, make sure the food safety training and people safety, manage the flow of finished goods through the warehouse, receiving from production and out the back door.
Cycle count inventory daily, reconcile with production, communicating needs of the plant as we hold supplies in our area, we supply materials to the plant, so that process is working daily.
Skills Required:
Basic management skills needed.
Will manage up to 25 employees at any given time.
Communicate effectively, manager of people.
Experience Required:
Experience in a Supervisory role and a proven ability to effectively manage people.
Education Required:
College degree (minimum Associate's degree) Salary info:
$30 - $32 / hr Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
