In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately (prospecting, calling, emailing and setting appointments) to create results.
Primary
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the T3 AE (Account Executive) and Leadership Teams
Generate qualified leads/prospects using various mediums
Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, Social Selling, Networking
Meet assigned qualified meeting targets
Proactively assess, clarify, validate customer needs, and communicate appropriate products/services to T3 AE
Cold call and hunt new construction company deals for our T3 Solution and T3 AE in the territory assigned
Setting the meetings or calls between Qualified Prospects and T3 AEs
Serve as an advocate and representative of the overall EquipmentShare brand, culture and mission
Build, report, manage and forecast your Qualified Meetings in our CRM
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Locations are to be based in the respective region

Strong phone presence and excellent writing skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Strong listening and presentation skills
Self-motivated leader that is proactive and doesnt need daily management
Prospecting/opportunity pipeline development
Ability to articulate technical value into customer business value based on our T3 Technology offering
Time management and organization, advanced communication and presentation
You learn and alter behaviors due to mistakes and feedback
You are a people person, a strong communicator, collaborator and an excellent listener
Must be proficient in the following:

Technology understanding of IoT or construction equipment
Value propositions / ROI statements and proposals
CRM /Email / Systems
