21572 Responsible for application packagingdeployment, security patching, and overall management of Windows & MacOS workstations.
Work with the Desktop Architect to manage the endpoint profile the enterprise from design to deployment.
Serve as a resource for software deployments and patch maintenance.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:

IntuneSCCM
Maintain Base image for workstations using OSD & Autopilot
Test and deploy secure base images for enterprise use
Ensure workstation compliance is satisfactory to business standard
Experience with monthly security patching using SCCM or Windows Update for Business
Experience with Conditional Access for Windows 10 workstations
Experience with Windows Hello for business implementations and support
MacOS Management
Experience managing MacOS workstations in an enterprise environment
Experience using Apple Business ManagerDEP for Zero touch provisioning
Experience with Kinobi or packaging of 3 rd party applications
Experience troubleshooting MacOS workstations
Administration
Manage ticket load for Deployment Architecture team
Serve as escalation point for break-fix deskside incidents
Create technical documents for implementations and break-fix solutions
Create reports as requested using PowerShell or Power BI

_Education and Experience_
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an enterprise environment
Experience packaging/deploying applications and updates
Experience creating in PowerShell, Python or similar language
Certification and/or License
May be required to obtain and maintain other certifications and/or licenses in the future
Current industry certifications preferred
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
JAMF Certification:
200-400 _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_
Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell, Python or similar language
MST/Transforms file creation
Experience with Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, VPN, SAP and other client applications
Knowledge of software update/upgrade package development
Strong skill in desktop troubleshooting and repair
Azure & Intune Experience
Office 365 Click-to-Run ODT/implementation
Apple troubleshooting, networking, configuration, integration with ABM/DEP
Skilled in critical thinking, analysis, mathematical calculations, and technical evaluations
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to apply technology solutions to business problems
