What you will be doing as a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor:
The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor has responsibility for understanding the production schedules for Fulfillment units and coordinating staffing on a daily basis based on projections.
Manages team members to insure GWP by all employees.
Drives team members toward achievement of goals that are consistent with the organizations POI strategies.
Ensures safety of employees at all times through facility management of equipment and buildings.
Responsible for equipment PM to insure optimal performance.
Manages staff to insure safety, quality and quantity for all areas of responsibility.
Interacts with clients to understand requirements and drive success.
What you need to land this awesome job:
Education:
High School (GED) Bachelor's Preferred
Experience:
5 years operations management Experience managing staffs of people WMS system experience (Maves preferred) to understand replenishment, inventory management, order processing, and each pick environment License or Certification:
State Driver's license required Travel requirements:
Occasionally Minimum Physical requirements:
Ability to endure long periods in 0F degree temperatures in the freezer and on the docks.
Ability to stand up to 6 hours.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Insures KPIs are met such as units per hour, fill rates, and all goals as structured.
Manages staff to align with facility objectives Maintains and insures all training is completed and recorded in order to meet all aspects of BRC requirements and OSHA requirements.
Communicate across BUs to key stakeholders in order to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Interacts with clients to insure alignment of goals and works towards achievement.
