Summer 2024 Learning & Development Intern

Description This internship can be based at the DFA headquarters office in Kansas City, KS, or remote based candidates will also be considered.
Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Production of written documentation, guides, presentations, and online content with appropriate text and graphics adhering to DFA style guide Conduct maintenance on existing courses within Storyline or Articulate authoring tools.
Design and develop course materials in support of current development projects which could include SCORM courses, Webinar courses, instructor-led materials, web-based training, virtual instructor-led material, video, closed captioning, interactivity, and more.
Collaborate with DairyU team and business units on existing or new projects.
Manage projects to ensure delivery is on time, meets development goals, and accurate information is delivered.
A good understanding of typical content development tools, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SnagIT, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and others.
Requirements The qualified candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and will have completed their junior year at minimum.
Masters students will be accepted as well.
Desired degree focus:
Curriculum and Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resource Management or related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
