Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Conduct sales calls to promote products or services - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Enter and update customer information accurately in the database - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of products or services
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Sales experience is a plus - Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to the success of our company.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
