Responsibilities:
Discuss itinerary and event options with clients and suggest sporting events, destinations, transportation methods and lodging possibilities depending on the clients' interestsMake reservations on behalf of clients for air, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities and events while ensuring the clients' preferences are metCoordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages or other itinerary components with clients and process authorized paymentsOffer potential clients a comprehensive price quote for destination and event packagesOrganize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients
