As an entry-level Customer Service Representative you will be acting as the first line of customer contact.
The Customer Service Representative will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone, and focus on finding the best solution for each individual customer.

Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the mission of our charity partner in order to communicate this mission effectively to members of the community Build Servicehips and educate community members on our charity partner through presentations in order to drive fundraising efforts directly in person at our events that we host Follow all Community guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is properly recorded Attend daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred 0-2 years of experience working in non-profit, charity, fundraising, or other people-facing positions Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate effectively with members of the community and members of or team as well Must be a student in order to receive our training Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment A desire to grow within our organization is a plus! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
