The successful candidate will help stage, load and unload steel plate and maintain upkeep and a clean warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area to include filling movement requests from warehouse.
Assist in all assigned work areas in Warehouse and Support areas.
Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner.
Serve as a first line resource for questions/issues from team members on all shifts, in coordination with warehouse team leads and supervisor.
Demonstrates leadership qualities consistent with the Trinity Products Values.
Effectively recognizes and responds to issues impacting performance and productivity of team members.
Assist Supervisor in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that individual and team goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of related experience working in similar industry; additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
Good oral and written communication skills Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
