ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Receive and enter customer service calls for HVAC Service onto the dispatch board obtaining the proper information such as job location, billing address, phone number, contact, etc.
Dispatch technicians for all HVAC service calls.
Answer calls on service line and assist technicians.
Assist in scheduling HVAC servicemen for service agreements and quoted work.
Coordinate service-related work with other departments.
Reconcile HVAC work orders weekly, making sure they are signed with the correct job info.
Prepare on-call schedule.
Provide back-up assistance to HVAC and Refrigeration dispatchers when necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
