If the chat session becomes excessive, recommend a reply via telephone Collaborate Research and assist Online admins with Online customer orders that are delayed or past due on their pickup dates Manage Manage multiple chat sessions at one time Coordinate Utilize internal resources to gather requested information or to find a solution/response for the customer Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.
