Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial construction projects (HVAC preferred, but not required).
The projects will range in size in scope, with multiple projects running concurrently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or 5 years trade experience in the HVAC field preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager.
Basic computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
Job Requirements:
Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, and Detailing to review the scope of work and create a work plan.
Review the contract, drawings, and specifications to ensure the installation complies.
Review project budget and schedule and procure materials and equipment in a timely manner while minimizing costs.
Coordinate with Purchasing to obtain work orders for Subcontractors, and material/equipment POs.
Gather, review, and process submittals and shop drawings.
Verify counts, sizing, and specifications prior to releasing orders.
Communicate directly with the superintendent Customer and attend progress meetings.
Communication with the Customer includes writing RFIs, submitting/processing change orders, providing schedule feedback, and providing timely responses to emails/phone calls.
Attend weekly manpower scheduling meetings and provide input for the upcoming week's manpower needs Manage, coordinate, and directly communicate with Subcontractors.
Visit jobsites on a regular basis.
Perform quality control and safety checks.
Complete monthly pay applications.
Review and approve invoices.
Gather and submit O&Ms, as-builts, and warranty information as required for project closeout.
Review project budgets and participate in monthly project review meetings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
