The Customer Service/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
Answer incoming calls requesting service or direct to the appropriate person Greet incoming customers and assist with their purchase Process credit card payments Track and maintain various customer portals Assist in AP 3-way match process Make outbound collection calls Assist in tracking various email accounts Perform additional administrative duties Skills required for Customer Service/Administrative Assistant position:

years Customer Service experience Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Proficient computer and typing skills (Microsoft Work & Excel) Ability to work confidently and as a self-motivator Proficient mathematical skills Experience in AR & AP preferred Work Location:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
