As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return softwareMost of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questionsWell give you amazing continuous training support for everything.

per hour Receive $300 bonus for 5 days of training 5 days of training, 8hr/day with 1hr lunch breakBuild your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 10pm EST Monday to Sunday You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live callsPlus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate.
