This is accomplished by ensuring compliance with all HUD rules and regulations and conducting hearings, briefings, and a variety of exams.
Other duties include maintaining files, interacting with landlords, other agency departments, and property managers.
Will conduct recertification/interim exams with participants of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.
Schedule appointments, respond to inquiries from tenants and landlords, hold briefings and activations, manage port-ins and port-outs.
