What you will doTechnical Leadership:
Lead and provide technical leadership to guide a team of engineers for planning, developing, and maintaining a set of highly scalable APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and back-end services.
You will use the necessary architectural principles and implement modern world-class, secure engineering practices that are scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant.
At times, you may need to roll up your sleeves to engage and remove obstacles.
Enable successful adoption of solutions delivered by the team and contribute to organization-wide initiatives.
Be the voice of your team and products it delivers.
Collaborate/Partner:
Collaborate with product management, business development teams, and other cross functional teams and leaders, to iteratively design, develop, and validate technology solutions at scale for the product.
You will foster an environment of collaborative and agile technologists who imagine, develop, and launch solutions with transformative power.

A strong ability to architect and design robust, high-scale systems and to challenge engineers to think bigger and more generically in developing their solutions.
Ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality.
Test Driven Development Experience going through the full software cycle from requirements, design, coding, testing, continuous integration, delivery, and ongoing management of world-class software and services.
Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Refactoring legacy / traditional monolithic applications into microservices architecturesDemonstrated expertise in building large-scale, back-end services and APIs, using modern architectures (Macro / Mini / Micro Services) and coding languages.
Metrics, data, and results-oriented approach.
Understanding of software development productivity metrics (e.
g.
, code churn, commit size, test coverage, etc.
) to inform areas for continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience growing and mentoring engineers at various levels (from junior to senior levels)Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative, and organization skills.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Pay Range:
$122,320 - $191,125This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
