is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end apartments, customer service and marketing skills.
This position will also be responsible for managing the on-site business side of the property as well as assisting with marketing and leasing activities.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded person who enjoys the challenges of running a multi-unit property and delivering excellent customer service to a captive audience.
Job Duties Manage financial performance of site Lease new properties and manage new locations Assisting with marketing efforts Ensure company's compliance with all federal and state regulations Manage and maintain company's assets including computerized database, inventory, and equipment Analyze financial reports, create budgets, and make recommendations for management Perform all leasing and maintenance tasks at site, including checks in, bank statements, and turn-arounds Advertise properties through various media outlets Comply with federal, state, and local laws Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting preferred Experience in property management preferred Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be able to speak positively about the company and be able to help customers find the apartments they are looking for.
