As a SR. ME,Project Manager, you will have direct leadership role of the
engineering
design and production for multiple disciplines. You will see to it that the project is handled in a professional manner, including obtaining all necessary contracts and authorizations to perform work. Marketing and client maintenance, including preparation of proposals and negotiation of contracts.
Preferred candidates will possess a BSME or BSAE (with mechanical specialty) from an ABET accredited engineering program, a PE license, and at least 6 years experience in the engineering and design of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection) systems for commercial, institutional, governmental, and healthcare facilities. Experience with BIM / REVIT a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
