Job Description:
The Client Care Analyst (CCA) provides a key access point for Cerner clients in their long-term business and service relationship with Cerner. As the primary client contact, the CCA will provide routine service items, answers to general service questions and ensure compliance to standard operating procedures. Other responsibilities include timely engagement of necessary expert resources to resolve issues; maintaining supplier relationships; making updates and changes to Cerner's records regarding client personnel; and assisting patients while claiming and navigating through their online medical accounts.
The Client Care Analyst also develops and maintains processes and policies and work flow documentation. The CCA must troubleshoot issues and work towards resolution as the liaison between the client and the patient and understand when to escalate an issue. Furthermore, the CCA will assist patients and clients with navigating through Cerner's systems; system management improvements or modifications and any additional or remedial education that may be needed to enhance overall system management; as well as planned upgrades involving application software releases, hardware or system software.
Minimum
Qualifications:
-Associate's degree
-1 year of customer service experience
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Prolonged use of a computer and telephone
-Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed for the shift
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Must be willing to work a shift between 7 am and 7 pm, depending on business need
Preferred
Qualifications:
-Call center service experience
-Professional client relationship skills beneficialEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
