This leading, global telecommunications company has an urgent W2 contract vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager to support the current team. Experienced is required managing projects related to IT development, Back Office support equipment, capacity augmentations on service assurance systems and tools.
You will need to have the ability to directly interface with technical personnel, suppliers and service providers. You will need an understanding of all tools, databases and operations systems utilized by the company. You will be responsible for managing all tool related deliverables for each readiness project in terms of scope, time and quality.

Responsibilities:
Reading telecoms requirements, design and planning documents to determine tool related readiness items across multiple teams. lead technical teams in developing and driving operational readiness deliverables within schedule. Drive resolution of issues between the delivery lanes and customer teams. Develop, monitor and report on individual and/or project deliverables. Develop and update executive presentations based on business needs and customer requirements. Develop and maintain all documentation and templates required for a project. Identify and document issues, risks and impacts to the project/s. Develop and facilitate migration plan for issues and risks. Provide recommendations and support to improve, streamline and automate business requirements relative to operational readiness.
Key skills required:
Project Management background in telecoms. Telecoms background (Wireless/IT/Ops support tools). Working knowledge of business processes. Ability to lead teams with multiple technical and business backgrounds to achieve results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving and negotiation skills. Process improvement focused. Proficient with MS Office suite specifically Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of MS access.
