Duties: The Opportunity
Fuchs Lubricants Co. is seeking a Lab Technician for the 1st or 3rd shift in our Kansas City operations.
Responsibilities include:
- uses established methods to verify quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products;
- performs calculations to determine adjustments that may be required to ensure conformance;
- prepares laboratory reagents;
-calibrates testing equipment;
- files retain samples in appropriate holding areas;
- enters test data into our SAP system;
-participates in data collection and organization for monthly QC report;
- files vendor certifications, and raw material and production inspections in appropriate area;
- participates in general housekeeping including routine cleaning and maintenance;
- performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

The successful candidate will possess at least a high school education or equivalent; minimum two-year science related degree or 1
years of laboratory experience; experience using SAP computer system a plus.
