Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

HomeBridge Wholesale, a national wholesale lender offering Conventional, Government, Jumbo, and Renovation products, is seeking Sales Executives that have a proven track record of success in wholesale lending.
Successful Applicant:
Highly driven and self-motivated individuals that can build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with strong verbal and communication skills. 2
years of experience in phone sales and knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs is preferred but not required.

Additionally, candidate's responsibilities will include:
Source, develop and managing new accounts
Cultivate new leads and call on previous accounts to develop strategic relationships
Results oriented position with detailed sales metrics
Communicating clearly and professionally to clients and support staff
Ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintaining timely and accurate records of all customer activity
Maintaining a high level of accountability for results and metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment

This Position includes:

Candidates must have a proven track record, current industry experience, and an established account base. A demonstrated ability to build and foster broker relationships, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of today's lending market are required. We welcome candidates with solid lending experience who enjoy a fast-paced, demanding, but upbeat environment. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
