Vest Professional Placement is looking for a Skilled Machine Operator in the Kansas City, KS area. This person must have Press Brake & Lazer Operating experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, bevel protractors, and others to verify and inspect parts
Set up and adjust tooling (one touch, European style on brakes)
Form steel, stainless and aluminum to a given print (within tolerance)
Setup and adjust tooling and install into turret punch
Program and edit programs on an Amada NT control for brakes, turret punch or laser
Adjust setting in technology for laser cutting conditions
Clean and maintain lens and nozzles
Program and run automation
Must have a minimum of two years experience, good work history and attendance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
