products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Direct 25 employees
Set daily workload priorities and runs production.
Delegate tasks and helps to resolve problems/issues.
Motivate and encourage employee performance.
Conduct employee reviews/evaluations as relevant.
Act as shift Safety Facilitator.
Act as shift Quality Control Facilitator.
Conduct department meetings.
Complete accident reports and investigations.
Manage flow of materials through warehouse.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
