We are seeking a UV Chemist for our Edwardsville facility. This person may also revise or develop ink and/or coating formulations. Previous experience within the Ink Industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct research
Formulate UV inks and coatings
Develop and improve existing products
Collect and record data, reports results
Prepare standards and specifications for products and QA tests
Tech Service duties:
aid and visit with customers
Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)
Higher mathematics and or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred
Minimum:
Associates degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school
Previous UV or EV ink coating formulation experience is desirable
Knowledge of Energy Cure pressroom applications would be extremely helpful
Good Math, computer, communication and organization skills are required
Must be able to conduct and interpret studies using scientific methods

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
