This is a great home with a view of the Kansas river in the distance, private area filled with trees and very few neighbors. Fenced backyard with a few sheds. Basement is unfinished but plenty of storage. Gas stove, open kitchen, awesome deck! Hardwoods throughout except for the master bedroom which has carpet, off street parking, lots of area to explore. Pets can be negotiable for a non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 fee. Washer/Dryer can be provided for $45 a month. I do not respond to emails. Call or text to set up a viewing time.
